Places in each category are limited so the sooner you apply, the sooner you'll be out there on the course. There is no joining fee and membership can be paid via monthly payments if required (subject to a small surcharge).

Membership brings you so much more than pay and play....
We are always looking to improve our fabulous golf course. Over the last couple of years we have invested heavily in new ponds ditches and drainage to deliver optimum playability. Our clubhouse is bright, airy and welcoming and we have great catering and bar, with discounted prices for members.

In addition to great golf at Withington we currently have reciprocal arrangements with Eastham Lodge GC (5 days), Marple GC (6 days) and Clays GC (7 days) that mean our members can play these courses absolutely free of charge all through the year. They are excellent courses and, as a Withington member, you will be made very welcome. We believe this adds significantly to the value of your Withington membership!
Withington is also part of the 1892 Scheme! That means you can play at over 30 clubs throughout the country that were also formed in 1892 for free! T&C apply.
BUDDY SUPPORT
Whether you are joining with friends, or on your own we also offer buddy support to help you get your handicap and get playing competitive golf. We are renowned as a friendly club and golfers of all abilities will receive a warm welcome.
All memberships (except social) are subject to England Golf/Cheshire Union Affiliation Fee (£20.50), Insurance (£3.50), and a bar pre-payment of 3% of the full membership fee (or £15, whichever is greater - ages 18+ only). There is also a small £3 charge for the HowDidiDo app. These are all payable upfront and detailed in the table below.
Large lockers are available and are charged at £40 a year.
Payment in monthly installments is available and subject to a 5% surcharge on the subscription amount.
Where no 'new member offer is shown in the table, the subscription price will be calculated pro rata against the full price from date of joining.
