Withington win the 2009 Mersey Shield

Congratulations go to Withington Golf club team who won the 2009 Mersey Shield.  A fantastic day was had by all in wonderfully contested match between, Chorlton, Didsbury, Northenden and Sale Golf Clubs, Withington were able to post an impressive score of 253 which was enough to take the 2009 Mersey Shield.
